Raisin Juice Concentrate
Raisin juice concentrate, a water extraction of seedless raisins, is created by extracting the natural water-soluble components of the raisins through a stewing process. The solution is then introduced into a vacuum evaporator to a concentration of 70° Brix. Raisin Juice Concentrate is all natural and is shelf-stable without additives or preservatives. Raisin juice concentrate, having OU and KORC-certification are available. This raisin juice concentrate is Halal-certified.
PACKAGING
The product can be packed in 5 gallon (59#) pails, 55 gallon (630#) drums, or 275 gallon (3150#) totes or tankers.
