Diced Black Mission Figs

Dried whole Black Mission figs are partially dried while on the tree. Figs are harvested and mechanically dried to achieve targeted moisture levels. Figs are then size sorted, washed, and thoroughly cleaned. The figs are diced and coated with rice flour.

Enclosed in a folded, blue food-grade, polyethylene bag inside a taped corrugated box.
