Black Mission Figs
Dried whole Black Mission figs are partially dried while on the tree. Figs are harvested and mechanically dried to achieve targeted moisture levels. They are then size sorted, water-washed, and thoroughly inspected. Potassium Sorbate is applied to the figs as a preservative.
PACKAGING
Enclosed in a folded, blue food-grade, polyethylene bag inside a taped corrugated box.
